Why is this an estimate rather than an exact count?
An exact count requires checking the actual day of the week for every single day in the range. This calculator instead applies the average weekday ratio (5 weekdays out of every 7 days) to the total day span, which is accurate to within a day or two for most ranges and doesn't account for public holidays.
Does this exclude holidays?
