Pakistan Gratuity Calculator

Estimate your end-of-service gratuity under Pakistani labour law.

This uses the Punjab/ICT Standing Orders formula (30 days’ wages per year). Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa use a different formula (one month’s wages per year) — check your province’s specific labour law. There is no statutory cap on the total gratuity amount.

Under the Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 (as applied in Punjab and Islamabad Capital Territory), gratuity is calculated as 30 days’ wages for each completed year of service, using the formula (last drawn monthly gross ÷ 26) × 30 × years of service. Some provinces (Sindh, KP) use a one-month-per-year formula instead — check your specific province’s rules.

Example

  • With the default values shown above, this calculator returns: Daily Wage (Gross ÷ 26) ≈ PKR 2,307.69; Estimated Gratuity ≈ PKR 553,846.15.
